Gary Costa is the author of Hiring’s Secret Sauce (What recruitment agencies know about hiring that you don’t…Until now!).
He is a twenty-year veteran of the recruitment industry, originally hailing from Australia’s prestigious Morgan & Banks, before founding The Recruitment Partnership in 2003. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Managers and Leaders and is still an active recruitment consultant.
Prior to recruitment, he held a range of technical and management positions within Australia’s high-technology manufacturing sector, working across Australia, South East Asia and Europe. His experience was predominantly in Business, Sales and Marketing Management, and Product Development.
