We recommend testing your preferred or shortlisted candidates (i.e.: your top 1-4 candidates) using the Big Five Personality Assessment available here on our website (known as P.A.P.I by Talogy Inc). It provides powerful candidate insights that are a major plank in the hiring process – along with your Interviewing and Reference Checking. And, at your leisure, you can learn all the techniques of a professional recruiter with the book: Hiring’s Secret Sauce. With the combination of these methods and tools, you will possess the same skills as a professional agency recruiter.
Our proforma’s are generic by design, so that they may be used for the broadest possible range of job types, and they can be used when hiring every single job type you might have.
Because of their generic design, it is not possible to state conclusively that they will meet the exact questioning needs of every single job type, or the total requirements of every industry sector. They have been designed with flexibility in mind and they allow for some job specific customization by you. Regardless of the job type you are hiring, if you have not had access to recruitment agency proforma’s up to now, our proforma’s will significantly lift your hiring performance.
There are two ways to access your proforma documents.
Firstly, upon completing your purchase, a confirmation email is sent to you by Hiring Secret Sauce. The email contains individual links for each proforma. Simply select each link in turn, and the corresponding proforma will be downloaded to your computer. Please note that the links are active for 12 months.
The second way is to select the My Account section of our website, and login using your mobile number or email address. A One Time Password (OTP) is then sent to your choice of mobile phone or email address. By clicking on the link contained in that message, your My Account section will open. Select the Downloads tab. Your proforma documents are shown there, available for you to download.
Each proforma carries a base watermark of our brand, and is additionally watermarked with fields such as your name, email address, location etc. This is a security method we have chosen to protect our I.P and to guard against unauthorized copying and distribution. You are provided with indefinite use of our proforma’s for your specific area (region) of business. Full details are available under our terms and conditions which can be viewed here
Big Five assessment
The Big Five report is the default report type, and this is provided for the base price. There are two additional report types available for every tested candidate – the Motivator-Demotivator report, and the Leadership report.
You can purchase either or both of the two additional reports at any time, by entering your email address in the My Account section of our website, and then asking for a one-time password (OTP) to be sent to your choice of mobile phone or email address. By clicking on the link contained in that message, your My Account section will automatically open where you will find a list of all your tested candidates. Simply select the appropriate tested candidate, then select and pay for the additional report types you would like.
For any and all report types you may have purchased earlier, you can retrieve another copy at any time through the My Account area, by simply entering in your email address and receiving a one-time password (OTP) which is sent to your choice of mobile phone or email address. By clicking on the link contained in that message, you will be taken to your My Account area, where you will find all your candidate reports available for you to download.
We have provided a facility where you can simply edit the candidate email address field and change it to the correct email address. NOTE that the email address can only be changed providing the original email has not been opened and the “Start Assessment” button has not been pressed. If the assessment has been started, then you will need to purchase a new Big Five assessment.
We send an automatic email reminder to each candidate after one day of inactivity to remind them to complete the assessment. We also recommend you contact your candidate to find out if there is any reason for their delay.
The assessment link sent to your candidate will expire after one month of inactivity.
You may withdraw the assessment link and re-allocate it to another candidate at any time before the link expires (and providing the “Start Assessment” button has not been pressed).
Once your candidate has completed the online questionnaire, you receive an email which contains a link. By clicking this link you are taken to the Results Page. The results are shown on screen, and you can select to have a pdf version for downloading.
